7:00 AM          Open doors to Teams / Complete check-in and Field Link-up verification

 

8:15 AM          Close Out the check-in process with all teams in house.

Make calls to teams NOT YET IN HOUSE to verify travel status.

Verify Match List information and distribute schedules

 

8:20 AM          Drivers Meeting on the Field and QUEUE UP Matches 1, 2 & 3

 

8:30 AM          Opening Ceremonies followed by Qualification Rounds ( Series ALPHA )

 

11:00 AM        Commence Qualification Rounds ( Series BRAVO )

 

12:30 PM         Take a “Field Break” for Mid-Day Awards ( this time may vary )

So long as Qualification Matches are complete………                   

Commence Alliance Selections and take a LUNCH BREAK

 

1:15 PM           Restart Field Operations ( this time may vary )

So long as Qualification Matches are complete………                   

AND Alliance Selections are complete ……..

Commence Elimination Rounds

 

3:30 PM           Complete Elimination Rounds

 

3:45 PM           Commence Awards Ceremony

 

4:15 PM           Complete Closing Ceremonies ( Safe travel home to ALL )
